Asphalt Plant - Operator

Skills Needed

This position is not an entry-level job, as it requires previous experience as an Asphalt Plant

Operator. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. One (1) to

Three (3) years or more of industry related experience is preferred, with an emphasis on

Asphalt Plant Operations. Mechanical and electrical experience is a plus.

Job Duties

- Operate Asphalt Plant and load trucks

- Assist to ensure that all safety policies are followed and implemented

- Work with Quality Control Department to ensure a quality mix is produced

- Communicate with Foreman to ensure they’re receiving the correct amounts

- Maintain all required paperwork

Flexibility

Must be willing to work overtime, extended hours, nights and weekends depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
